There are a variety of ways to become involved in Bear Creek Hiking.
The group can participate in Trail Clean Up.

Becoming a Trail Contact Person is exciting and builds leadership qualities in people. Select a hike location you like and plan all the details for the participants to enjoy. The Trail Contact person will assign someone in the group to become the "Sweep." The role of the "Sweep" is very important. Their job is to bring up the rear, make sure no one gets too far behind the rest of the hikers and to help with group organization on a hike. More details about being a Trail Contact Person and a Sweep are available. Just ask about the details at the next scheduled meeting.
